Default 93 Corrado SLC Project Car $1500

Approx 100K miles: Goood project low miles
Love it but can't work on it, Im 2nd owner since purchased in 1997 with 25K on it.

    Not running,
    Typical problems: sunroof/windows not operating
    Coolant/engine seals leaking
No Batt, some dings and scratches typical of year and age.

Good project for a good motivated VW wrench

looks like it suffered normal corrado syndrome:

Owner didn't do any maintenance at all and drove it into the ground.

Battery+seals went. Last year it was starting to leak under pressure and didnt have time and $ to do any work (opened a business 2.5 years ago and all time and $ dicverted to other things (corrado at end of list)

Did normal maintenaince for 1st 10 years (96-2006)kept it stock ,kept the miles low, seemed to avoid all the typical problems(window motors/electrical/sunroof going off track/seals). Then had grand plans of modding and maintenaince then got married, economy took dump+lost jobs trying to sell house etc. and opened the bizness to stop being slave to Companys laying off. 2007-2008.5 all hell broke loose...If it was typical of a 'rado crapping it woul do it. One after the other windows/roof/electrical/seals/ you name it. Been sitting for a year to 15 months now waiting for someone more fortunate( start the violins) ,and capable (always thought I was an OK guy with a wrench but this thing pissed me off too much in the past) than me to take it away.
